These jellybean napkin rings are a real treat!
Instructions:
Thread small, brightly colored jelly beans on 22-gauge tin wire, long enough to wrap around a rolled napkin twice. Curl ends into swirls to keep candy in place.
*I'm not sure why 'tin' wire was specifically suggested. I don't see why other types wouldn't work just as well. In any case, wire that would suit this project can usually be found in the jewelry-making section of major craft stores.
