~DIY FANTASY BABY NEST PHOTO SHOOT

How delightful!

On The Home & Family Show, which airs on the Hallmark Channel, TV host/MOMtrepreneur/DIY expert Tanya Memme created an adorable scene which is perfect for Spring photo shoots of buds and hatchlings.

Granted, the whole thing would be even more perfect with a robin redbreast instead of a--what type of little chicklet is that?--and with roses instead of tulips, but hey, at least there are Alice in Wonderland-sized robin's eggs ☺.

~A YUMMY EASTER TWEET

I found this photo of delightfully eclectic-looking "tea eggs" on Spoon Fork Bacon's instagram.  From what I can deduce, it's a recipe that's included in their new cookbook,  The Perfect Egg.

Though I had heard of dying egg shells with tea for the purpose of prettiness only, I wasn't familiar with the whole tea-egg-as-a-snack thing.

I decided to do an online search and came across this recipe for "Tea Infused Marble Eggs."  It turns out these ovoid edibles originated in China and are very popular throughout Asia.

Whether at Easter-time or not, I think they would be an interesting thing to try!

Below are a couple of videos which show how they're made...

These simple yet detailed lace-dyed eggs by
Sweet Paul Magazine are absolutely delightful--
in fact, I think any robin redbreast would be happy to have a few of them tucked in its nest!

These whimsical golden eggs by Southern Living Magazine are sure to put a sparkle in your eye--and in your Easter!  They'd look so pretty in a display, whether on a table or a mantel.  And who wouldn't want to search through the grass for something like this?  In fact, a golden egg would be an egg-cellent addition to an Easter egg hunt--whoever found it could get an eggs-tra special prize!
