As I was scampering around Whole Foods Market recently, a display chock-full of substantial-looking soap bars with tempting names caught my eye.
It turns out they're made by Alaffia with Certified Fair Trade shea butter and coconut oil. These particular soaps are sold only at Whole Foods, so you won't find them on the company's website.
Based on the ingredient lists on the website, it looks like the company scents their soaps with all-natural essential oils, so you don't have to worry about phthalates or other not-so-nice synthetic-fragrance ingredients.
